CEO / Co-Founder
Dalibor has close to 15 years of leadership, consulting, enterprise product, and operations experience in Australia, Asia, and Europe. Before co-founding Plutora, Dalibor was the founder and managing director of Finotaur, a leading provider of independent management consulting services to Wealth Management, Investment Management, Private Banking, and Payment institutions within the Asia Pacific region.
Earlier in his career, Dalibor served as the CIO of financial advisory software at Macquarie Bank, head of solution architecture at Commonwealth Bank of Australia, and as a management consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Dalibor holds an MS in Software Engineering with distinction from the University of Oxford and an MBA with honors from the University of Chicago.
Dalibor is also a graduate of the Royal Military College of Australia and served as a Captain in the Army.
CTO / Co-Founder
Sean Hamawi has 12 years of product development, execution, and delivery experience with some of the largest organizations in Asia. Before co-founding Plutora, Sean was executive director of Tenstone, a niche professional services company that gained a reputation for strong execution and turnaround capability within large IT programs, with clients such as Lloyds Banking Group, National Australia Bank, and MLC.
Earlier in his career, Sean held team leadership roles in product development, release management, and test management at Macquarie Bank. Sean is focused on the product vision and execution and holds a Diploma in Software Development.
Chief Marketing Officer
Bob brings to Plutora more than 30 years of engineering, marketing and sales management experience with high technology organizations from emerging start-ups to global 500 corporations. Before joining Plutora, Bob was the Chief Marketing Officer at Atlantis Computing, a provider of Software Defined and Hyper Converged solutions for enterprise customers. Bob has a proven track record using analysis-driven and measurable revenue-based marketing. He has propelled company growth at data storage and IT management companies including Kaseya (co-founder, acquired by Insight Venture Partners), Sentilla, CA, Netreon (acquired by CA), Novell and Intel.
Bob earned a BS in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University, and an MBA from Santa Clara University. He holds a patent in data networking.
Director of Engineering
Richard Williams has over 18 years of experience in IT, spanning development management, delivery, and consulting roles within Finance, Media and Government in both Australia and the UK. Before joining Plutora, Richard was CTO at Artis group, which specializes in the design, development, management, integration and support of critical business applications for leading Australian organizations. Richard has a long history in working with Application and Product Development at an enterprise level.
Earlier in his career, Richard held roles such as the Head of Development (COIN software) at Rubik, and Development Manager (digital/e-commerce) at Fairfax Media. Richard has a sharp focus on emerging technologies, service-oriented architecture and design, core systems integration, mobile, cloud and web technologies.
Director of Finance and Operations
Asheesh has over 10 years experience working with fast growth technology start ups. After managing the outsourced accounting function at consulting firm BDO; where he serviced the likes of Facebook Australia, Riverbed, CA technologies, Asheesh joined a small start up Dimmi as CFO. Dimmi is Australia’s answer to Opentable boasting 3,500 restaurants and taking 1 million bookings per month. In his four years there Asheesh helped Dimmi triple their revenue and also engineer the sale of the Business to TripAdvisor. For two years Asheesh also oversaw account management, support and operations where revenue per customer doubled over the period.
After the acquisition Asheesh moved into another division of TripAdvisor where he oversaw a transformation. Asheesh is now looking to get back to a fast paced nimble company looking to do big things.
VP of Customer Success
An entrepreneur, proven leader, and an author. With over twenty-four years of global IT Products and Services experience, Mahesh has successfully scaled the companies he worked for; build the culture of thought leadership and fostered innovation as the primary differentiator to create value-oriented engagement for the customers. He has spent most of his professional life working with customers and is very passionate about solving critical business problems.
Mahesh recently worked at Apttus, a leading quote-to-cash SaaS software product company, where he led customer success and professional services functions for the last two years. Before Apttus, Mahesh was founder and CEO of TalentOjo, a unique candidate shortlisting engine and talent management software. Before that, he was Managing Director at a global software services company called thoughtWorks.
Mahesh is experienced in leading global organizations towards software delivery excellence, customer relationships, and balancing sustainable growth with employee needs.
He has spoken at many conferences on various topics and is the author of two books.
Director of Global Human Resources
Michelle has over 20 years of high-tech human resources experience. She joins us from Xperi as the Director of Global Human Resources. She has extensive experience in various disciplines of human resources including employee relations, talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, performance management, global mobility and immigration. She has expertise working in large and small fast growing companies with a passion for building a best in class work environment. Michelle is a UC Riverside graduate with a Bachelor’s of Science.
VP of Product
Simon has 18 years experience leading product management and product marketing. Prior to Plutora, he led product innovation at BMC Remedy, Supportsoft, and e-commerce innovator BroadVision. His broad experience also includes leading QA and technical support functions at enterprise software companies.
Vice President of Sales
Mark has lead sales teams at an executive level for the better part of two decades, across 4 continents, for public companies and private start ups, both through direct sales and also extensive distribution channels. Of all his accomplishments, he’s most proud of his record for sales reps that he has helped groomed into managers, directors, VPs and even CEOs.
Mark most recently comes to us from Signifyd, where he grew a team of 6 into 34, and revenues to over 10x. Before that he spent 3 years at Axcient running all Sales and Business Development, tripling revenues and the team, and prior to that he spent nearly a decade at ShoreTel in various positions: VP of Service Providers, Managing Director for Europe, Middle East and Africa, and Regional Vice President for the Western US, joining at under $12M in revenue, and taking the company public as an officer.
