Sean Hamawi has 12 years of product development, execution, and delivery experience with some of the largest organizations in Asia. Before co-founding Plutora, Sean was executive director of Tenstone, a niche professional services company that gained a reputation for strong execution and turnaround capability within large IT programs, with clients such as Lloyds Banking Group, National Australia Bank, and MLC.
Earlier in his career, Sean held team leadership roles in product development, release management, and test management at Macquarie Bank. Sean is focused on the product vision and execution and holds a Diploma in Software Development.
Dalibor has close to 15 years of leadership, consulting, enterprise product, and operations experience in Australia, Asia, and Europe. Before co-founding Plutora, Dalibor was the founder and managing director of Finotaur, a leading provider of independent management consulting services to Wealth Management, Investment Management, Private Banking, and Payment institutions within the Asia Pacific region.
Earlier in his career, Dalibor served as the CIO of financial advisory software at Macquarie Bank, head of solution architecture at Commonwealth Bank of Australia, and as a management consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Dalibor holds an MS in Software Engineering with distinction from the University of Oxford and an MBA with honors from the University of Chicago.
Dalibor is also a graduate of the Royal Military College of Australia and served as a Captain in the Army.
Vice President of Sales
Michael Yeager is responsible for sales and strategic account management at Plutora. Before joining Plutora, Michael was SVP of WW Sales at QualiSystems, a leading provider of Cloud Sandboxes for automating the DevOps lifecycle. Michael has over 25 years of experience in sales management, marketing, and operations in the technology industry. He has worked with a variety of startups and established companies including Cadence, ListenPoint (acquired by Vignette), Simplex (acquired by Cadence), Synopsys, Viewlogic (acquired by Synopsys), and National Semiconductor.
Michael holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Santa Clara University.
Regional Sales Director, Australia and NZ
Stephen has had more than 25 years of experience servicing the IT industry as a Sales Lead with more than 16 years spent supporting the DevOps industry. Previously, he was the Developer Tools Sales Lead for Microsoft in Australia and also the Regional Sales Lead for Compuware’s Numega and QA Center Products for Asia Pacific and the subcontinent.
Director of Engineering
Richard Williams has over 18 years of experience in IT, spanning development management, delivery, and consulting roles within Finance, Media and Government in both Australia and the UK. Before joining Plutora, Richard was CTO at Artis group, which specializes in the design, development, management, integration and support of critical business applications for leading Australian organizations. Richard has a long history in working with Application and Product Development at an enterprise level.
Earlier in his career, Richard held roles such as the Head of Development (COIN software) at Rubik, and Development Manager (digital/e-commerce) at Fairfax Media. Richard has a sharp focus on emerging technologies, service-oriented architecture and design, core systems integration, mobile, cloud and web technologies.
