CEO / Co-Founder
Dalibor has close to 15 years of leadership, consulting, enterprise product, and operations experience in Australia, Asia, and Europe. Before co-founding Plutora, Dalibor was the founder and managing director of Finotaur, a leading provider of independent management consulting services to Wealth Management, Investment Management, Private Banking, and Payment institutions within the Asia Pacific region.
Earlier in his career, Dalibor served as the CIO of financial advisory software at Macquarie Bank, head of solution architecture at Commonwealth Bank of Australia, and as a management consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Dalibor holds an MS in Software Engineering with distinction from the University of Oxford and an MBA with honors from the University of Chicago.
Dalibor is also a graduate of the Royal Military College of Australia and served as a Captain in the Army.
CPO / Co-Founder
Sean Hamawi has 12 years of product development, execution, and delivery experience with some of the largest organizations in Asia. Before co-founding Plutora, Sean was executive director of Tenstone, a niche professional services company that gained a reputation for strong execution and turnaround capability within large IT programs, with clients such as Lloyds Banking Group, National Australia Bank, and MLC.
Earlier in his career, Sean held team leadership roles in product development, release management, and test management at Macquarie Bank. Sean is focused on the product vision and execution and holds a Diploma in Software Development.
Chief Marketing Officer
Bob brings to Plutora more than 30 years of engineering, marketing and sales management experience with high technology organizations from emerging start-ups to global 500 corporations. Before joining Plutora, Bob was the Chief Marketing Officer at Atlantis Computing, a provider of Software Defined and Hyper Converged solutions for enterprise customers. Bob has a proven track record using analysis-driven and measurable revenue-based marketing. He has propelled company growth at data storage and IT management companies including Kaseya (co-founder, acquired by Insight Venture Partners), Sentilla, CA, Netreon (acquired by CA), Novell and Intel.
Bob earned a BS in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University, and an MBA from Santa Clara University. He holds a patent in data networking.
Chief Customer Officer
Mukund has over 15 years of experience in various Customer Success leadership roles in the high tech sector. Prior to joining Plutora, Mukund was the Chief Customer Officer at Axcient, leading the team through a M&A activity. Earlier in his career, Mukund held various CS leadership roles at Marketo, Juniper Networks and Ciena.
Vice President of Engineering
Richard Williams has over 18 years of experience in IT, spanning development management, delivery, and consulting roles within Finance, Media and Government in both Australia and the UK. Before joining Plutora, Richard was CTO at Artis group, which specializes in the design, development, management, integration and support of critical business applications for leading Australian organizations. Richard has a long history in working with Application and Product Development at an enterprise level.
Earlier in his career, Richard held roles such as the Head of Development (COIN software) at Rubik, and Development Manager (digital/e-commerce) at Fairfax Media. Richard has a sharp focus on emerging technologies, service-oriented architecture and design, core systems integration, mobile, cloud and web technologies.
Vice President of Sales
Mark has lead sales teams at an executive level for the better part of two decades, across 4 continents, for public companies and private start ups, both through direct sales and also extensive distribution channels. Of all his accomplishments, he’s most proud of his record for sales reps that he has helped groomed into managers, directors, VPs and even CEOs.
Mark most recently comes to us from Signifyd, where he grew a team of 6 into 34, and revenues to over 10x. Before that he spent 3 years at Axcient running all Sales and Business Development, tripling revenues and the team, and prior to that he spent nearly a decade at ShoreTel in various positions: VP of Service Providers, Managing Director for Europe, Middle East and Africa, and Regional Vice President for the Western US, joining at under $12M in revenue, and taking the company public as an officer.
Vice President of Product
Simon has 18 years experience leading product management and product marketing. Prior to Plutora, he led product innovation at BMC Remedy, Supportsoft, and e-commerce innovator BroadVision. His broad experience also includes leading QA and technical support functions at enterprise software companies.
Director of Solution Architecture
Richard Winslow has over thirty years in high technology including roles in Development, Product Management and Solution Architecture. Richard most recently was Director of Product Management at ShoreTel for the SaaS-based Unified Communications platform and was part of the team that transformed software delivery from waterfall to agile. Richard joined Plutora in 2017 as Director of Solution Architecture and works with customers to transform their own software delivery process. Richard holds a Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering from San Jose State University and two United States patents.
Director of Sales
Top performing enterprise software sales leader. Strategic, creative and results oriented sales executive, team builder and leader with 20 years of sales and general management experience in the development, management and execution of aggressive business plans focused on delivering growth with profitability. Customer satisfaction focused professional with excellent communicative, motivational and analytical skills.
Director of Customer Success (UK)
Alex has over 17 years experience within the IT industry consisting of various roles within public health, managed services and SaaS industries. Alex’s skill set and experience has helped him overachieve when it comes to customer expectations. With a broad skill set and personal approach, Alex drives and leads customer success teams to drive customer happiness. Since joining Plutora, Alex has built a UK operations process that has led customers to value realization and continues to head the team and expand for future success within the UK market.
Director of Customer Success (US)
David has over 8 years experience managing enterprise-scale software delivery. Since joining in 2015, David has driven value realization for many of Plutora’s largest customers. Before moving into client facing roles, he managed Agile software development and delivery at Cisco.
David earned his BS in Information Systems Management and BA in Business Management Economics degrees from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
Global Head of Finance
Calum is a chartered accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, with over 6 years experience. Prior to Plutora, Calum was part of the Nike Financial Governance & Controls team, overseeing its European Headquarters in the Netherlands. Calum commenced his career as a financial auditor at Deloitte in the UK.
Director of Product Marketing
Jeff has over 30 years in high technology companies including roles as developer, architect, development management, solution consultant, product manager, product marketing manager and evangelist. His passion focuses on humanizing technology while helping others improve their application delivery utilizing value stream management and DevOps methodologies. Outside of 6 years at Microsoft, he has helped grow startup companies including Atlantis Computing, Kaseya and Captura Software.
Director of Demand Generation and Events
Michelle has over 13 years of demand generation and marketing operations experience with high technology and professional services organizations. Before Plutora, Michelle spent two years at Atlantis Computing driving global demand generation. Prior to that she worked at Merkle and was responsible for the development and implementation of the Samsung Business strategic marketing plan. Michelle brings a wealth of knowledge gained from both client-side and agency-side marketing, and has a long history of using metrics-driven marketing to impact revenue and company growth.
