Gartner Future of Work Trends: Teams Become Agile
According to Gartner, by 2026, 75% or more of organizations will have interdisciplinary teams following agile principles, up from at least 25% in 2020.
Agile principles, often associated with IT, are expanding to tackle digital business initiatives and business process improvements. Executive leaders must encourage adoption of agile practices and a shift toward interdisciplinary teams to improve systems of work, processes and value streams.
